Contract Fabricators Inc.

Founded in 1983 by Boyce DeLashmit, CFI has grown from a single, small building with less than 10 employees to a company with three separate operations in two locations with over 150 employees. The management’s commitment to CFI’s core values have resulted in extraordinary growth. From our two facilities in North Mississippi, CFI has provided products to industrial sites around the world, including the Gulf of Mexico, Columbia, United Kingdom, Japan, Malaysia, and Australia.

Contract Fabricators has spent the last 30 years building a reputation of quality. Quality is the largest factor and difference between a “good” job and a “bad” job. CFI is dedicated to building the highest quality product possible. To achieve this CFI focuses on their continuous improvement vision by constantly evaluating the need and updating equipment. CFI handles a wide array of in house NDE with highly trained individuals.

The Beginning: 1983

CFI began operations in 1983 in small building referred to as The Barn

Shop & Personnel Expansions

New facilities were added to Holly Springs operations in 1999 and 2011. A second location was also purchased in 2011 on the Tennessee-Tombigbee waterway, with an ultra-high bay added to that facility in 2015.

Meet the Owner

For 30+ years Mike has lead strategic projects that launched CFI into new markets and opportunities. He continues to be directly involved in daily operations, leading innovation in sales & estimating, project engineering, project management and production execution.
